About me…

I’m a brand and marketing leader with a foundation in design and a career built on expanding what brand leadership can do.

Most recently, I served as Brand Manager at Global Credit Union, where I began as an in-house graphic designer and grew into a strategic leadership role over the course of 19 years. During that time, I led multiple rebrands, including a major expansion that introduced the organization to new markets, while overseeing brand strategy, communications, and integrated marketing efforts within a highly regulated industry.

My work focuses on building holistic, community-driven brand ecosystems that connect organizations with culture, artists, and local audiences. I am particularly experienced in guiding brands through moments of transformation, building and aligning cross-functional teams, developing partnership strategies, and creating campaigns that move brands from transactional to human-centered.

I hold a BA in fine arts with a concentration in graphic design from Western Washington University, an MBA from Whitworth University, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership (expected May 2026). This combination allows me to move comfortably between creative vision, business strategy, and organizational leadership.

Outside of my professional work, I have been deeply involved in the Spokane creative community, serving for 14 years on the board of AAF Spokane, including as President, and contributing to initiatives like the ADDY Awards and Collective Campout. I was honored as Advertising Professional of the Year in 2014.

When I am not working on brand strategy, I am likely talking about my teenager, participating in the art community, listening to Jack White, or holding a firm, and occasionally debated, stance on the Oxford comma.
